If you do not want us to use your data it may be hard for us to secure or complete our service. In order to transfer your supply to a new provider, we may need to share some of your basic information (e.g. site information) with MPAS or an aggregator who will facilitate the transfer of your supply.

We do not provide information about individuals to any advertisers but we may, on occasion, provide them with statistical information about visitors to our website.
Storing Personal Data
For added security, we do not hold information locally on Laptops or PC’s. as we use Cloud storage, we may inadvertently transfer data that we collate from you to locations outside of the European Economic Area for processing and storing.
Further to this, in order to transfer your supply, staff acting on our behalf or who work for your new provider may be involved in transacting that change, may be operating outside the European Economic Area.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and transmission of such data is therefore at your own risk.
Disclosing Your Information
Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group. This includes, any subsidiaries & our holding company.
We will not disclose your information to third parties, except in the following circumstances:
- Where we sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party.
